When you send an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation or venue name, preferred event date, expected attendance, event interests and anything you choose to include in your message.
Our website and service providers may also process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as browser, device, network and security information.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss events and venue partnerships, plan potential fundraising functions, maintain our business records, protect the website from abuse and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Broome Poker does not sell your personal information.
Where information is handled
Website enquiries are stored using Supabase. The website is hosted through Vercel, and Google reCAPTCHA is used to help prevent automated spam. These providers may process technical or service data in accordance with their own privacy practices, including through infrastructure located outside Australia.
reCAPTCHA
Our enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA. When you use the form, Google may collect information about your browser, device and interaction with the page to determine whether the request is genuine. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to reCAPTCHA.
Keeping and protecting information
We take reasonable steps to limit access to enquiry information and keep it only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, our business records or applicable legal requirements.
Access, correction or deletion
If you want to ask what information we hold about you, correct something you have provided, request deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern, contact us through the website.
